Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how FleetMate collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
FleetMate is owned and operated by FleetMate Venture, registered in the Republic of Kenya. We provide fleet, vehicle, and driver management tools with payments and analytics.
Name, contact details, ID/passport, business registration, account credentials.
Registration, insurance, maintenance logs, trips, GPS (if enabled), performance data.
Name, license, contact info, trip logs, remittance history, performance reports.
Company info, contact person, integration category (insurance, garage, lender, telematics, payment).
Plan, invoices, references (no card details stored).
IP, device/browser, app version, logs, timestamps, diagnostics.
We use data to:
Provide and improve FleetMate services
Manage accounts, authentication, and subscriptions
Process payments and invoices
Send updates and notifications
Enable partner integrations
Comply with legal obligations
Legal bases: contract performance, legitimate interests (security, analytics), legal obligations, and consent (e.g., marketing).
All data is hosted securely in the United States. FleetMate complies with the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019) and international transfer safeguards.
FleetMate does not sell or rent personal data.

Authorized Partners: insurers, garages, lenders, telematics providers, and payment processors.
Service Providers: cloud hosting, analytics, and communications vendors under confidentiality.

FleetMate offers secure APIs to partners and fleet owners. Integrations must use authentication, handle only permitted data, and comply with this Privacy Policy and Partner Terms.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for service delivery, compliance, and dispute resolution.
